- 400g Boneless Chicken thighs.
- 1 Egg.
- ⅓ cup All purpose flour.
- ¼ cup Cornstarch.
- 1litre Vegetable Oil.
- 1tsp Garlic powder.

- 70g Unsalted butter.
- 3tsp Honey.
- 4tsp Sugar.
- 4tsp Soy Sauce.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Dried parsley for garnishing.

DIRECTIONS:
- Take the 400g boneless chicken thighs and cut them into medium sized pieces. You can also cut them bite sized.
- Add Salt, Pepper to taste with 1 tsp Garlic powder.
- Now add 1 Egg , ⅓ cup all purpose flour and Corn starch in the bowl and mix until the chicken is fully coated. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a big pan over a medium-high flame and fry the chicken on both sides until it is golden and crispy brown.
- Remove the chicken from the frying pan and place it on plate.
TIME TO MAKE THE SAUCE:
- Melt the butter, honey, soy sauce, and garlic together over medium heat.
- Mix them carefully and let it simmer for about 2 minutes, or until the sauce bubbles.
- Combine the chicken into the sauce and cook for another minute or so to allow the sauce to adhere to the crust.
